Using InfoTutor
Terms of Service
Last updated: 29 August 2026
These terms set the rules for using InfoTutor. If a child uses InfoTutor, their parent or guardian should review these terms with them.
Accounts and supervision
Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in details, and use InfoTutor only when permitted by law. A parent or guardian is responsible for authorising and supervising a child’s use where required.
Learning guidance
InfoTutor provides educational assistance, not professional advice. AI and tutor explanations may contain mistakes and do not replace a teacher or school. Users remain responsible for checking work and following academic-integrity rules.
Your content
You keep ownership of submitted content and give InfoTutor a limited licence to host, process, display, and transmit it as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service and provide features you choose. Only upload content you have the right to use.
Acceptable use
Do not harm or harass others; upload illegal, dangerous, infringing, or privacy-invasive content; bypass security or usage limits; disrupt the service; or misuse tutor contact details.
Tutors and families
InfoTutor may help users discover tutors, but is not a party to independent tutoring arrangements. Adults are responsible for suitability checks, supervision, safeguarding, and agreed terms.
Subscriptions and payments
Prices, billing periods, and included usage are shown before purchase. Payments are handled by our payment provider. Subscriptions continue until cancelled unless stated otherwise; mandatory consumer and refund rights remain unaffected.
Availability and liability
InfoTutor is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise of uninterrupted operation or perfectly accurate explanations. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Singapore law, subject to mandatory protections that apply where you live. Visit Contact Support with questions.
